目的：探讨眼外伤早期继发青光眼患者的临床诊疗体会。方法：收集2004年2月-2011年12月本院收治的眼外伤早期继发青光眼68例（68只眼）患者的临床资料，回顾分析其临床症状及相应治疗措施。结果：治疗结束后随访2~6个月，68例患者的总有效率达到95.59%，其中眼压正常且不用降眼压药物而治愈53例（77.94%），好转12例（17.65%）；未愈3例（4.41%）。结论：采取针对性的治疗措施，可以有效提高眼外伤早期继发青光眼患者的临床治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。

목적：탐토안외상조기계발청광안환자적림상진료체회。방법：수집2004년2월-2011년12월본원수치적안외상조기계발청광안68례（68지안）환자적림상자료，회고분석기림상증상급상응치료조시。결과：치료결속후수방2~6개월，68례환자적총유효솔체도95.59%，기중안압정상차불용강안압약물이치유53례（77.94%），호전12례（17.65%）；미유3례（4.41%）。결론：채취침대성적치료조시，가이유효제고안외상조기계발청광안환자적림상치료효과，감소병발증적발생。
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma patients experience. Method:The clinical data of 68 cases(68 eyes)of early secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma were collected in our hospital from 2004 February to 2011 December,and retrospectively analyzed their the clinical symptoms and treatment. Result:Follow-up after the treatment for 2-6 months,68 patients with total effective reached 95.59%,of which the intraocular pressure was normal and no IOP lowering drugs and 53 cases were cured(77.94%),most patients with only 3 cases(4.41%),improved in 12 cases(17.65%),the clinical treatment effect was significant. Conclusion:Takeing corresponding treatment measures,can effectively improve the early secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma patients with clinical treatment effect,complications.
