目的：探讨人工流产术后即时服用云南红药胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2011年5月-2013年4月行人工流产的300例患者，随机分为观察组150例，进行人工流产后立即口服云南红药胶囊治疗；对照组150例，行人工流产后不服用云南红药胶囊治疗。两组均于术后口服同剂量同种类抗生素预防感染及口服同剂量的益母草胶囊促进子宫收缩，观察两组术后阴道出血量（与自身月经量比较）及持续出血时间；3周后彩超复查子宫内膜厚度及3个月内宫颈管粘连的发生率。结果：观察组阴道出血量少于对照组、阴道持续出血时间短于对照组（P<0.05），观察组子宫内膜恢复较对照组好、宫颈管粘连发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：云南红药胶囊可显著减少人工流产术后出血量、缩短出血时间，减少人工流产术后并发症的发生，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토인공유산술후즉시복용운남홍약효낭치료적림상효과。방법：선택2011년5월-2013년4월행인공유산적300례환자，수궤분위관찰조150례，진행인공유산후립즉구복운남홍약효낭치료；대조조150례，행인공유산후불복용운남홍약효낭치료。량조균우술후구복동제량동충류항생소예방감염급구복동제량적익모초효낭촉진자궁수축，관찰량조술후음도출혈량（여자신월경량비교）급지속출혈시간；3주후채초복사자궁내막후도급3개월내궁경관점련적발생솔。결과：관찰조음도출혈량소우대조조、음도지속출혈시간단우대조조（P<0.05），관찰조자궁내막회복교대조조호、궁경관점련발생솔명현저우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：운남홍약효낭가현저감소인공유산술후출혈량、축단출혈시간，감소인공유산술후병발증적발생，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yunnan Hongyao capsule taken after artificial abortion. Method:300 cases of patients in 2011 May to 2013 April underwent artificial abortion were randomly divided into the observation group 150 cases,namely Yunnan Hongyao capsule in the treatment of oral were immediately after artificial abortion;150 cases in the control group,not taking Yunnan Hongyao capsule in the treatment of artificial abortion. Two groups in the postoperative oral dose of the same kind with antibiotics to prevent infection and oral administration of the same dose of Yimucao capsule to promote uterine contraction,two groups were observed after the amount of vaginal bleeding(compared with their own menstrual quantity)and continuous bleeding time;the incidence of cervical and endometrial thickness and March ultrasound reexamination within three weeks after the adhesion. Result:The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the vaginal bleeding continuously time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Endometrial recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the ratio of cervical adhesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yunnan Hongyao capsule can shorten the bleeding time,reduce bleeding volume,reduce the occurrence of complications after abortion,it is worthy of popularization and application.
