For training outstanding engineers of Chemistry, the article discusses the subject in three as- pects, that is, the training objective, training program and training mode. The initial concept of educa- tion for cultivating chemical engineering and technology professionals is discussed in Taiyuan University of Technology by carrying out profound cooperation between school and enterprise. It is a helpful guid- ance for China's chemical engineer talent cultivation.
