高等教育国际化是当今世界范围内高等教育界追求的核心价值。这种国际化的定位使我国人才培养面临巨大的挑战,暴露出我国高校长期以来在人才培养模式的理念、目标、过程、评价以及制度等方面的弊端,严重影响了我国高等教育与国际接轨。目前,各种层次的学校都在研制应对高等教育国际化的策略。武汉工程大学在国际化人才培养模式的探索与实践方面做出了有益探索。

Internationalization of higher education is the world shared values, which is also highly valued in China's talent training program. In universities in China, there exists such drawback in talent cultiva- tion as idea, objective, process, evaluation and system. Therefore, the study of talent cultivation mode in Chinese institutions is vital to respond to the world international trend in higher education. The explo- ration and practice made in Wuhan Institute of Technology will be beneficial in exploring the talent culti- vation mode.
