准Z-源变流器可以利用开关管导通与关断的状态在单一的拓扑结构中实现Buck与Boost的性能。理论上这种准Z-源变流器的输出电压可以为任意值。而实际中由于电路器件非理想特性和控制方法的限制,使得输出电压并不能达到任意值。详细分析了准Z-源变流器结构及相应的工作原理。首先使用Saber软件对准Z-源拓扑结构建立相应的模型并进行了电路开环仿真.然后通过具体的电路实现了这一新型拓扑。该电路具有良好的稳态和动态响应,且电路简单、调试方便。

This new type of Quasi-Z-source converter with the state of switch tube conduction and shut off can realize the buck and boost performance in a single topology structure. The output voltage of this kind of Quasi-Z-source converter can be any value in theory. But virtually owing to the limit of the real characteristics of circuit devices and control method, the output voltage can not be any value. This paper analyzes the structure of Quasi-Z-source converter and the corresponding operating principle in detail. At first, it uses the Saber software on the structure of Quasi-Z-source topology to set up a corresponding model and make an open loop simulation. Then, this new type of topology is realized by the specific circuit. The experiment result shows that the converter has excellent static and dynamic response, which has advantages of simple circuit and convenient debug.
