通过建立轴系对中的力学模型和测量轴系截面的应变值,应用应变传递矩阵法计算轴承的实际载荷和标高,实现轴系载荷的分布计算;并通过改变轴承的标高来测量其负荷影响系数.结果表明:测量值和理论值比较接近,采用应变-传递矩阵法计算轴系载荷分布十分有效,该方法实现简单,模块性强,处理复杂结构的能力也较强.

To calculate the shafting load distribution, a mechanical model for shaft alignment was set up based on strain and transfer matrix method, with which actual bearing load and elevation were calculated by measuring the section strain values, while the influence coefficients of hearing load measured by changing the bearing elevation. Results show that the actual measurements agree well with that of the theoretical calculation, proving the strain and transfer matrix method to be effective, which has many ad- vantages such as easiness in implementation, effectiveness in modularity and strong ability in dealing with complex structures.
