提出通过采集流化床风帽压力信号的方法,实现对流化床内气固两相流动的状态监测.利用冷态鼓泡流化床试验台,在不同表观气速、静床高以及加料放料扰动的工况下,采集风帽压力信号并对其进行小波多分辨率分析.结果表明:低频信号pa3的变化能够很好地反映流化床内不同运行工况时的气固流动状态的变化;采用合适的方法对风帽压力信号进行分析处理,可以找到反映流化床内气固流动状态的本质特征参数;基于风帽压力信号的流化床状态监测,可很好地避免压力测点损坏的影响.

A new method is proposed for condition monitoring of gas-solid two-phase flow in fluidized bed by acquiring pressure signals of the wind caps.With the test rig of cold bubbling fluidized bed,wavelet multi-resolution analysis has been carried out to pressure signals of wind caps under different conditions of superficial gas velocity,static bed height and material feeding/discharging rate.Results show that there is a definite relationship between the change of the low-frequency signal pa3 and the state variation of the gas-solid two-phase flow in fluidized bed under different conditions;appropriate analysis and processing of the pressure signals may help to find the essential characteristics of the two-phase flow;the condition monitoring based on wind cap pressure signals is beneficial to prevent relevant pressure measurement points from being damaged.
