为解决某燃气-蒸汽联合循环电厂调峰用汽轮机停机一夜后温态方式启动耗时很长的问题,对汽轮机转子进行合理的假设和简化后,建立了转子二维轴对称有限元模型,计算出各级不同部位的蒸汽温度、压力及传热系数,采用热-结构间接耦合法对不同启动方式时转子的热应力进行了计算.结果表明:在汽轮机转子调节级金属温度为350℃时将启动方式调整为热态启动,汽轮机采用优化后启动曲线的最大热应力在材料强度的允许范围内,满足电厂寿命损耗要求,且这样每次启动可缩短100 min,为电厂增加了经济效益.

It generally takes a long time to start up a gas-steam combined cycle unit in warm mode after one night's shutdown following its peak load regulation.In order to solve this problem,a 2D axisymmetric finite element model was built based on some reasonable assumptions and simplifications,with which the steam temperature,pressure and heat transfer coefficient of different parts were calculated,and hence the thermal stress was obtained for rotors at different start-up modes using thermal-structure sequential coupling method.Results show that if the allowable metal temperature of governing stage rotor is set as 350 ℃ for hot start-up mode,the maximum thermal stress of start-up curve of steam turbine rotor will still be less than the strength limit of materials after starting up with optimized mode,under which conditions the life management of power plant can be satisfied,and 100 min is to be saved at every start-up,resulting in increased economical effects.
