进行了填料塔内氨水同时吸收烟气中SO2和CO2的试验研究,分析了进口气体中SO2质量浓度、CO2质量浓度、液气比和氨水质量分数对体积总传质系数KGa的影响.结果表明:随着液气比和氨水质量分数的增大,SO2和CO2的KGa均逐渐增大;随着进口气体中SO2质量浓度的增大,SO2和CO2的KGa均逐渐减小;随着进口气体中CO2质量浓度的增大,SO2的Koa逐渐减小而CO2的KGa逐渐增大;液气比和氨水质量分数对SO2的KGa影响比对CO2的KGa影响大;氨水质量分数对SO2和CO2的Kga影响最大,其次是液气比的影响.

Experimental study has been performed on simultaneous absorption of SO2 and CO2 by aqueous ammonia in a packed column, during which the influence of following factors on the volumetric total mass transfer coefficient (KGa) was analyzed, such as the SO2 and CO2 mass concentration in flue, liquid gas ratio, and ammonia mass fraction, etc. Results show that the KGa of both SO2 and CO2 increases gradually with rising liquid gas ratio and ammonia mass fraction, reduces with growing inlet SO2 mass concentration; with the rise of inlet CO2 mass concentration, the KGa of SO2 reduces and that of CO2 increases. Liquid gas ratio and ammonia mass fraction play more important roles in influencing the KGa of SO2 than that of CO2. Ammonia mass fraction affects most on the KGa of both SO2 and CO2, followed by the liquid gas ratio.
