在试验台上对外径38.1 mm,壁厚7.2 mm,倾斜角度26.21°的光管进行了水动力及传热特性试验研究,以确定是否会发生壁温飞升、传热恶化及汽水分层等现象,并对该类型螺旋管圈水冷壁在实炉运行工况下进行了试验研究,以验证在试验台上得到的试验结果.结果表明:在启动过程以及低负荷工况,倾斜光管壁温正常,未超过金属的许用温度;但是在拟临界点附近,管壁对工质的对流传热系数减小,发生传热恶化现象;如果管壁热负荷较高,管壁温度将发生飞升,可能会引起爆管.

Experimental tests were conducted to study the hydrodynamic and heat-transfer characteristics of an inclined smooth tube in a test rig with a tube OD of 38.1mm,thickness of 7.2mm and inclined angle of 26.21°,so as to determine whether following problems would occur or not,such as rapid growth of wall temperature,heat-transfer worsening and steam-water lamination,etc.The experimental results were validated with real spiral water wall tubes.Results show that the wall temperature of inclined smooth tube keeps normal within allowable range of the tube wall metal during startup period and at low load states.However,heat-transfer deterioration may occur when the temperature rises to a point around the critical data,due to reduced heat-transfer coefficient of wall to water.When the temperature gets up to a certain degree,it may grow rapidly,under which conditions,tube burst failures may occur.
