提出了一种利用外加磁场来强化纳米磁流体真空热管传热的实验研究方法,设计和建立了纳米磁流体真空热管传热测试实验台,并在不同种类、不同强度的外加磁场作用下分别对纳米磁流体真空热管的传热速率进行了实验研究.结果表明:纳米磁流体热管在各种外界条件下都优于磁流体热管和水工质热管;各种磁场都能强化纳米磁流体热管的传热,其中静态直流磁场作用下纳米磁流体真空热管的传热速率提高最大.
提齣瞭一種利用外加磁場來彊化納米磁流體真空熱管傳熱的實驗研究方法,設計和建立瞭納米磁流體真空熱管傳熱測試實驗檯,併在不同種類、不同彊度的外加磁場作用下分彆對納米磁流體真空熱管的傳熱速率進行瞭實驗研究.結果錶明:納米磁流體熱管在各種外界條件下都優于磁流體熱管和水工質熱管;各種磁場都能彊化納米磁流體熱管的傳熱,其中靜態直流磁場作用下納米磁流體真空熱管的傳熱速率提高最大.

In order to improve the heat transfer rate of vacuum heat pipe using magnetic nano-fluids as the working medium,a method was proposed by enhancing the heat transfer with outer magnetic field,based on which a series of experimental tests were carried out with outer magnetic fields of different categories and densities.Results show that under various external conditions,the heat pipe of nona-magnetic fluid is better than those of any other magnetic fluids and water fluid in heat conductivity.All kinds of outer magnetic field can enhance the heat transfer rate of nona-magnetic fluid heat pipe,among which the static DC magnetic field enhances the most.
