针对钢铁厂烧结工序的连续性和稳定性对余热发电的影响,进行了某钢铁厂400 m2烧结余热发电补燃装置的设计,并对补燃炉内的燃烧和气氛分布情况进行了数值模拟.结果表明:以高炉煤气为主要燃料、焦炉煤气为辅助燃料的余热发电补燃装置安装在余热锅炉进口烟道中,通过补燃可将烟气温度提升60~140 K;补燃炉内的燃烧温度最高可达到1 500℃左右,炉膛出口处的烟气温度为1 120℃,出口处的CO体积分数为0.15%,燃尽率较高.

To overcome the frequent shutdown problem occurring in waste heat power generation caused by unstable operation of the sintering machine in the steel plants,a supplemental burner was designed for a 400 m2 sintering waste heat boiler,in which the supplemental combustion and gas distribution were numerically simulated.Results show that by taking blast furnace gas as the main fuel and coke oven gas as the auxiliary fuel,the supplemental burner,installed in the inlet flue duct of waste heat boiler,can help to raise the flue gas temperature by 60-140 K;the temperature in supplemental combustion chamber may get up to 1 500 °C,while the outlet temperature of flue gas can get to about 1 120 °C and outlet volumetric fraction of CO keep at 0.15%,showing a high burn-off rate.
