以理论和试验相结合的方法,对锅炉声学监测中的互相关时延估计法做了系统地研究,分别在试验和锅炉现场环境下,对影响互相关时延迟估计的因素进行了试验分析.结果表明:广义互相关时延估计法可以用于电站锅炉的声学监测;其准确性受到声源位置、声源指向性、声源声压级、炉膛混响和热态噪声等诸多因素的影响;PHATβ-加权可以很好地抑制混响;最大似然加权即ML加权具有很好的抗噪能力,可以用于热态时的声波飞渡时间测量;为声学法在锅炉监测中的成功应用提供了重要参考.
以理論和試驗相結閤的方法,對鍋爐聲學鑑測中的互相關時延估計法做瞭繫統地研究,分彆在試驗和鍋爐現場環境下,對影響互相關時延遲估計的因素進行瞭試驗分析.結果錶明:廣義互相關時延估計法可以用于電站鍋爐的聲學鑑測;其準確性受到聲源位置、聲源指嚮性、聲源聲壓級、爐膛混響和熱態譟聲等諸多因素的影響;PHATβ-加權可以很好地抑製混響;最大似然加權即ML加權具有很好的抗譟能力,可以用于熱態時的聲波飛渡時間測量;為聲學法在鍋爐鑑測中的成功應用提供瞭重要參攷.

In combination of theoretical analysis and experimental study,a systematic research was performed on cross-correlation time delay estimation of acoustic measurement for power boilers.Factors influencing the cross-correlation time delay estimation were analyzed under both experimental and actual boiler working conditions.Results indicate that the generalized cross correlation(GCC) time delay estimation(TDE) can be used for acoustic measurement of power boilers,of which the accuracy is determined by many factors,such as the position,directivity and SPL of sound source,the sound reverberation in furnace and the thermal noise of boiler,etc.The GCC-TDE method,which is weighted by PHAT-β,is able to suppress sound reverberation effectively;whereas the method based on ML with robust anti-noise ability may be used in hot-state environments.This may serve as a reference for further application of acoustic technology in monitoring and inspection of power boilers.
