介绍了氨水及MEA捕集CO2的反应原理,探讨了吸收液中吸收剂的质量分数、CO2体积分数、入口烟气体积流量、溶液的pH值和反应温度等因素对氨水、MEA脱碳效率的影响,通过吸收容量试验分别测定了氨水和MEA的CO2吸收容量,并利用红外吸收光谱对其产物进行测定分析.结果表明:提高吸收剂的质量分数和pH值均可增大脱碳效率;温度对氨水和MEA的脱碳效率均有较大的影响;氨水对CO2的吸收容量远远大于MEA的吸收容量;氨法工艺在吸收剂再生、能耗以及副产品利用价值等方面优于MEA吸收法.

An introduction is being presented about the reaction mechanism of CO2 capture with ammonia solution and MEA,while factors influencing the CO2 removal efficiency were analyzed,such as the mass fraction of absorbents,volumetric fraction of CO2,flow rate of inlet gas,pH value of solution and the reaction temperature etc.Absorbing capabilities of ammonia solution and MEA had been measured separately through absorbing experiments,during which corresponding products were determined by infrared spectrometer.Experimental results show that the removal efficiency of CO2 can be raised by improving both the mass concentration and the pH value of absorbents;temperature plays a role in influencing the CO2 removal by either ammonia solution or MEA;the absorbing capability of ammonia solution is far more than that of MEA;ammonia process is superior to MEA on the aspect of absorbent regeneration,energy consumption and byproduct utilization etc.
