以U型管式换热器管板为例,利用Ansys有限元软件的瞬态分析模块对其动应力进行了有限元计算,通过有限元分析对模型进行了简化和当量处理,并对换热器管板进行了强度和疲劳评定.结果表明:计算和分析结果更符合U型管式换热器管板真实的动应力分布,其最大动应力在管板与壳程筒体连接应力槽处,适当增大过渡圆角半径可使管板两侧应力趋于相等;由温度产生的热应力对管板总应力影响很大,在计算中不能忽略温度载荷的影响;评定结果表明,该换热器符合强度和疲劳要求.

Taking the tube sheet of U-tube heat exchanger as an example,dynamic stress of the tube sheet was calculated using transient analysis module of Ansys finite element software based on simplified equivalent model of the heat exchanger,while the stress and fatigue strength evaluated.Results show that the calculated results agree well with actual distribution of dynamic stress in the tube sheet of U-tube heat exchanger;the maximum dynamic stress appears in the connection groove between the tube sheet and the cylinder body of shell pass,which can be reduced by applying larger transitional radius to equalize the stresses at both sides of the tube sheet.Thermal stress plays a part in the total stress of tube sheet,which can't be neglected in relevant calculations.Evaluation results prove the heat exchanger to be satisfactory in meeting the requirement of stress and fatigue strength.
