行业标准《教育建筑电气设计规范》(报批稿)针对我国教育建筑的特点,从满足学校功能和保障师生用电安全的角度出发,规定了学校教育建筑电气设计的基本原则和与各级各类学校相适应的设计要求,对教育建筑内的变电所设置、主要通道照明负荷等级、水平疏散照明照度标准值和中小学及幼儿园插座设置等的技术规定均严于现行国家及行业标准,并创新提出“校园电气规划”及“电气设备抗震安全”方面的技术要求。

The “Code for the Electrical Design of Education Buildings” has been proposed as a industrial standard. According to the features of education buildings in China, taking account of the functional requirements of the school, and the assurance of electrical safety for teachers and students, the code speciifes the fundamental principles and design requirements for electrical design of education buildings in schools, and presents technical standard corresponding different types and levels of schools. It is stricter than current national and industrial standards in several aspects, such as settings of electrical power substations in the education buildings, the levels of lighting load for main passage, the standard value of lighting illumination for horizontal evacuation, and settings of the socket in the middle school, primary school and kindergarten. The code also creatively speciifes the technical requirements about “the electrical planning for the campus” and “the seismic safety of electrical equipment”.
