对一矿床为大型花岗岩的钽铌矿进行了选矿试验研究,以回收其中的有用矿物钽铌铁矿、铌钽铁矿和细晶石.矿石经两段磨矿、两段选别,粗选采用单一重选法得粗精矿,精选采用重-浮-重工艺流程,得到品位为6.89%的钽铌精矿,其回收率为57.482%.精矿经水冶除钨、锡、硅等杂质后得到钽铌渣,其中T a2 O5的含量为29.0%,对原矿的回收率为53.487%.
對一礦床為大型花崗巖的鐽鈮礦進行瞭選礦試驗研究,以迴收其中的有用礦物鐽鈮鐵礦、鈮鐽鐵礦和細晶石.礦石經兩段磨礦、兩段選彆,粗選採用單一重選法得粗精礦,精選採用重-浮-重工藝流程,得到品位為6.89%的鐽鈮精礦,其迴收率為57.482%.精礦經水冶除鎢、錫、硅等雜質後得到鐽鈮渣,其中T a2 O5的含量為29.0%,對原礦的迴收率為53.487%.

In order to recycle the valuable minerals ,such as tantalum niobite ,columbite-tantalite and mi-crolite ,beneficiation test is carried out for the tantalum-niobium ore , the ore deposit of w hich is large granite .The tantalum niobium concentrate with 6 .89% grade and 57 .482% recovery is achieved after the mineral has been treated by two-stage grinding and two-stage separation ,rough concentrate is obtained by single gravity separation during the roughing , the scheme gravity-flotation-gravity is used in cleaning . Tantalum niobium slag with 29 .0% Ta2 O5 and 53 .487% recovery for raw ore is received after the impuri-ties such as tungsten ,tin ,silicon are removed by hydrometallurgy .
