对5种不同砧木的灰楸无性系生长和光合生理特性进行了对比研究。结果表明:5种不同砧木对灰楸无性系的生长和光合生理特性影响较大,不同砧木对灰楸无性系后期的生长影响较大。其生长从大到小依次为:梓树、楸树、黄金树、滇楸、灰楸。这表明灰楸嫁接用梓树作砧木生长较好,用灰楸作砧木生长最差。不同砧木的灰楸无性系的净光合速率差异较大,从大到小依次为:梓树、黄金树、楸树、滇楸、灰楸。灰楸无性系属于高净光合速率组。净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率呈正相关,但不显著,与胞间CO2摩尔分数呈不显著负相关。净光合速率与比叶重呈不显著负相关。不同砧木的灰楸无性系的蒸腾速率差异较大,用梓树作砧木,蒸腾速率最小;用灰楸作砧木,蒸腾速率最较大。5种不同砧木的灰楸无性系蒸腾速率,从大到小依为:灰楸、滇楸、黄金树、楸树、梓树。不同砧木的灰楸无性系属于高耗水组,在栽培管理时应加强水的管理。生理因子和生态因子间是相互影响,共同作用的。5种不同砧木净光合速率影响最大的因子是蒸腾速率和气孔导度。

An experiment was conducted to study five different root stocks of Catalpa fargesii Bur clone growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics .Five different root stocks of Catalpa fargesii Bur clones have a greater influence on the growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics , and different root stock has a great influence on the growth of ash late Ca-talpa fargesii Burclones .The growth sequence is Ca talpa vo ata>Catalpa bungei>Catalpa speciosa>Catalpa duclouxii>Ca-talpa fargesii.Catalpa fargesii growth with Catalpa ovata of root stock is better, and its growth with Catalpa fargesii of root stock is worst.There is significant difference of net photosynthetic rate between different root stocks of Catalpa fargesii Bur clones, and the order is Catalpa ovata>Catalpa speciosa>Catalpa bungei>Catapl a duclouxii>Ca talpa far gesii.Catalpa fargesii clones belong to the group of high net photosynthetic rate.Netphotosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance , tran-spiration rate,water use efficiency (wue)are positively correlated, but not significantly, and the intercellular CO2 content shows no significantly negative correlation.Net photosynthetic rate andthe specific leaf weight was not significanty negative correlation.There is significant difference of of transpiration rate betweendifferent root stocks of Catalap fargesii Bur clones.With Catalpa ovata root stock, transpiration rate is minimum, and the transpiration rate is bigger with Catalpa fargesii root stock.Catalpa fargesii Bur clonetranspiration rate order of five different root stock is Catalpa fargesii>Catalpa duclouxii>Catalpa speciosa>Catalpa bungei>Catalpa ovata.Different root stock of Catalpafa rgesii Bur clones belongs to high water consumption group, and the cultivation management should strengthen the management of water.Biological fac-tors influence ecological factors with each other, but work together.The biggest factors on net photosynthetic rate of five different root stocks are transpiration rate and stomatal conductance .
