选择1年生黄连木实生苗为试验材料,人工设置4种不同的土壤水分环境,测定幼苗的光合和生理生化指标,分析其对不同水分环境的响应规律。结果表明:不同土壤水分条件下黄连木幼苗的光合速率呈现不同的变化情况,7、9、10月份均表现为70%~60%土壤持水量处理最高,植物气孔导度变化与植物光合速率变化呈正相关;4种处理叶绿素质量分数均先升后降,在8月份达到最大值,但90%~80%土壤持水量处理下叶绿素质量分数最高;苗木根、茎、叶中游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖质量分数在70%~60%土壤持水量处理下最为稳定,其余3个处理均呈现不同程度的上升趋势,且对于胁迫反应,黄连木幼苗不同部位抵抗胁迫能力大小分别为叶>根>茎,胁迫前期渗透调节物质以可溶性糖为主,后期由两者共同调节。

We selected one-year-old Pistacia chinensis Bunge seedlings as experimental materials to test the photosynthetic , physiological and biochemical indices under four different soil water conditions and analyzed the response of the seedlings to different water conditions.There are different changes in the photosynthetic rate under four soil water content, but pho-tosynthetic rates are highest in July, August and October, when soil water content is 70%-60%of field moisture capacity. Plant stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate changes are positively correlated.Chlorophyll content increases firstly, then decreases and reaches its peak in August under four treatment, but the chlorophyll content is highest when soil water content is 90%-80%of field moisture capacity compared with other three treatments .When soil water content is 70%-60%of field moisture capacity, and the soluble sugar and proline content in root, stem and leaf are steady, other treat-ments have different degrees of increase .The ability to resist stress is different in growing organs of Pistacia chinensis Bunge seedlings ( leaf >root>stem) .Soluble sugar is the main osmoregulatory material in early period of stress, and both of soluble sugar and proline act as osmoregulatory materials in later period of stress.
