目的:探讨肺炎支原体( MP)引起大叶性肺炎的临床特点,从而早期诊断大叶性肺炎,并预防并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析105例支原体肺炎临床资料,其中大叶性肺炎并MP感染(观察组)53例、支气管肺炎(对照组)52例,对其发病年龄、肺外并发症、以及治疗时间等数据进行整理分析比较。结果观察组中发病年龄在5~12岁,并发胸腔积液、肺不张,伴发精神症状、肝损害、心肌损害、胃肠症状及皮疹等并发症者均高于对照组,在住院时间及热程方面长于对照组,胸片吸收慢于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论儿童MP-大叶性肺炎较一般支原体肺炎发病年龄大,容易合并肺外并发症,治疗时间长,胸片吸收较慢,需早期正确诊断并积极治疗,降低肺外并发症的发生率。

목적:탐토폐염지원체( MP)인기대협성폐염적림상특점,종이조기진단대협성폐염,병예방병발증적발생。방법회고성분석105례지원체폐염림상자료,기중대협성폐염병MP감염(관찰조)53례、지기관폐염(대조조)52례,대기발병년령、폐외병발증、이급치료시간등수거진행정리분석비교。결과관찰조중발병년령재5~12세,병발흉강적액、폐불장,반발정신증상、간손해、심기손해、위장증상급피진등병발증자균고우대조조,재주원시간급열정방면장우대조조,흉편흡수만우대조조,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론인동MP-대협성폐염교일반지원체폐염발병년령대,용역합병폐외병발증,치료시간장,흉편흡수교만,수조기정학진단병적겁치료,강저폐외병발증적발생솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumonia (MP), and diagnose lobar pneumonia in the early stage to prevent complications .Methods The clinical data of 105 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed .The observation group included 53 cases of lobar pneumonia with mycoplasma pneumonia in-fections;the control group included 52 cases of bronchopneumonia .The age of onset, pulmonary complications, and treatment time were analyzed and compared.Results The age of onset in observation group is 5-12 years old.The number of the observation group patients with pleural effusion, atelectasis, psychiatric symptoms, liver injury, myocardial damage, gastrointestinal symptoms and rash and other complications was higher than that of the control group.The time of hospitalization and course of fever in the observation group were longer than that in the control group.The absorption rate of Chest X-ray in the observation group was slower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Children suffering from MP-lobar pneumonia are older than those with the general mycoplasma pneumonia and easily combined with pulmonary complications .The course of treatment lasts longer and the X-ray absorption is slower.In order to reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications, early diagnosis and active treatment are necessary.
