基于莱钢特钢事业部50t电炉生产28MnCr5的冶炼过程,分析了不同成分在冶炼过程中五个不同阶段的变化规律。结果表明:电炉出钢时碳含量控制在0.2%左右,精炼时碳含量控制在0.22%~0.25%范围内,可使28MnCr5钢的碳含量实现窄成分控制;磷含量的变化主要集中在电炉冶炼和出钢的过程,后期会有少许回磷现象;Mn、Cr、S、Si等元素的精确控制主要在LF和VD阶段。

In this paper , various chemical content change regularities in 5 different stages are studied during the smelting process of 28 MnCr5 at 50 tons electric furnace production line in Laiwu Steel Special Steel Division.The results showed that:if carbon content is controlled at about 0.2%at the time of elec-tric arc furnace tapping , between 0 .22% and 0 .25% at the end of refining , then carbon content in 28 MnCr5 steel can achieve a narrow content control;the phosphorus content change mainly happens dur-ing smelting and tapping process , there will be a little rephosphorization phenomena during late stage;the precise content control of Mn , Cr, S, Si is mainly carried out during LF and VD stage .
