针对唐钢某热轧生产线生产的含硼钢A36出现了边部重皮缺陷(部分较严重的存在裂纹)问题,系统地分析了缺陷产生的原因。指出通过采取控制钢中[N]、[B]、[Al]的含量,适当添加[Ti],减少板坯连铸二冷水量及优化热轧工艺等措施,可显著地减少边部重皮缺陷的发生。
針對唐鋼某熱軋生產線生產的含硼鋼A36齣現瞭邊部重皮缺陷(部分較嚴重的存在裂紋)問題,繫統地分析瞭缺陷產生的原因。指齣通過採取控製鋼中[N]、[B]、[Al]的含量,適噹添加[Ti],減少闆坯連鑄二冷水量及優化熱軋工藝等措施,可顯著地減少邊部重皮缺陷的髮生。

Aiming at the edge surface peeling defect ( serious existence crack defect ) that occurred in boron steel A36 produced by a hot rolling production line in Tangshan Steel , this paper systematically an-alyzed its causes, and pointed out that by controlling the content of [N] in steel, [B], [Al], adding [ Ti] , reducing the second cooling water volume of slab casting and optimizing hot -rolling process , the occurrence of edge surface peeling defect can be greatly reduced .
