采用高温固相反应法在碳粉还原气氛下制备了(Y1- x Cex )PO4( x=0.01,0.06,0.1,0.15,0.2)荧光粉,研究了Y0.9 Ce0.1 PO4荧光粉的激发光谱、发射光谱、15K时的低温荧光寿命以及Ce3+浓度对YPO4∶Ce荧光粉相对发射强度的影响,并研究了颗粒的形貌和粒度分布.结果表明,(Y ,Ce)PO4体系中的Ce3+在基质晶格中占据1个格位,其发射光谱曲线由333 nm和355 nm宽带发射构成;随着Ce3+浓度的增加,其相对发射强度是先升高后降低,最佳Ce3+掺杂摩尔浓度为0.1;15 K时的荧光寿命为7.92 ns ,中心粒径为2.1μm .

The phosphors Y1 - xCexPO4 (x=0 .01 ,0.06 ,0.1 ,0.15 ,0.2) were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction .In this paper ,the excitation and emission spectra of YPO4 ∶Ce phosphor were investi-gated .Fluorescence lifetime of 15K and influence of Ce3+ concentration on relative brightness of YPO 4 ∶Ce phosphor were examined .The morphology and size distribution of particles were also studied .The re-sults showed there was one Ce3+ lattice site in YPO4 doped with Ce3+ .The emission spectra of Y1 - x Cex PO4 were composed of broad band at 333 nm and 355 nm .The relative intensity varied with Ce3+ concen-tration ,increasing first and then decreasing ,the maximum concentration of Ce3+is 0.1 mol .T he fluores-cence lifetime at 15K and center size are 7.92 ns and 2.1 μm ,respectively .
