目的：探讨人脐带间充质干细胞（UC-MSC）治疗肝纤维化的可行性。方法：采用CCl4腹腔注射小鼠制备肝纤维化模型，分别于第4、10周给予尾静脉注射移植UC-MSC进行治疗，检测治疗后血清学指标的改变和病理变化，观察UC-MSC对肝纤维化的疗效。结果：4周和10周进行治疗均可改善肝功能，减轻纤维化程度。结论：UC-MSC对CCl4诱导的肝纤维化具有一定的疗效。
목적：탐토인제대간충질간세포（UC-MSC）치료간섬유화적가행성。방법：채용CCl4복강주사소서제비간섬유화모형，분별우제4、10주급여미정맥주사이식UC-MSC진행치료，검측치료후혈청학지표적개변화병리변화，관찰UC-MSC대간섬유화적료효。결과：4주화10주진행치료균가개선간공능，감경섬유화정도。결론：UC-MSC대CCl4유도적간섬유화구유일정적료효。
Objective: To evaluate the use of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSC) to treat chemically induced liver fibrosis. Methods: Liver fibrosis was replicated in mice via intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). After 4 or 10 weeks of injection, UC-MSC were transplanted into liver damaged mice via the tail vein and the treatment was evaluated by assessing serum biochemistry and histopathology. Results: In comparison with mice treated with CCl4 without UC-MSC transplantation, animals in the treatment group had signif?icantly improved serum biochemical results and exhibited a significant reduction in liver fibrosis, as evidenced by masson's trichrome staining. Conclusion: Human UC-MSC promoted recovery after liver fibrosis.
