以水行政执法需求为基础，根据长江南京河段的特点，建立南京河段水行政执法管理信息系统。系统从实现水行政执法信息化出发，采用多层架构设计，实现水行政执法过程中占用管理、移动执法、水事案件管理、拆违清障、队伍建设等一系列管理应用的信息化。该平台的应用直接提高水行政执法工作的质量和效率，具有一定的推广意义。
