目的探讨重症手足口病(HFMD)并神经系统损伤的临床特征.方法回顾性分析并总结重症HFMD并神经系统损伤临床特征及结局.结果对358例重症HFMD并神经系统损伤进行分析,314例(87.7％)表现为惊跳及肢体颤抖,108例(30.2％)精神萎靡或嗜睡,7例(1.9％)昏迷,18例(5％)眼球共济失调或口角抽动,12例(3.4％)抽搐,1例(0.3％)双下肢不能站稳及尿潴留.346例治愈或好转出院,10例死亡,自动出院2例.结论重症HFMD并神经系统损伤主要症状为频发易惊、惊跳及肢体抖动发作.应高度重视及早干预治疗.

Objective To explore the clinical features of severe hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD)disease of neurological injuries.Methods Clinical features of severe HFMD of neurological injuries and clinical outcomes were retrospectively reviewed.Results 358 patients were recruited with severe HFMD of neurological injuries,314 cases (87.7％) were with limb tremor and startled,108 (30.2％) cases presented drowsiness and fatigue,coma 7 cases(1.9％),ocular ataxia and mouth twitching 18 cases(5％),twitch 12 cases(3.4％),and retention of urine 1 cases(0.3％).346 cases were well recovered,10 cases died,and 2 cases with discharge against medical advice.Conclusion The major symptoms and signs of neurological complication caused by severe HFMD include twitch,startled and limb tremor.The close observation and early intervention are critical for treatment of this disease.
