本文以硫铝酸盐水泥为基料，通过改善骨料级配和外加剂的掺配以及增强组分的优化配置，研制出符合行业要求的具有优良工作性能，能满足铁路工程需要的TS-A型道钉锚固剂，并研究了不同水料比对该产品流动性、强度、潮湿绝缘、抗拔性等性能的影响。研究表明该锚固剂初始流动度可达350mm，2h强度达40MPa以上，抗拔强度达100MPa以上，24h抗折强度达11.5MPa，达到国内先进水平。
본문이류려산염수니위기료，통과개선골료급배화외가제적참배이급증강조분적우화배치，연제출부합행업요구적구유우량공작성능，능만족철로공정수요적TS-A형도정묘고제，병연구료불동수료비대해산품류동성、강도、조습절연、항발성등성능적영향。연구표명해묘고제초시류동도가체350mm，2h강도체40MPa이상，항발강도체100MPa이상，24h항절강도체11.5MPa，체도국내선진수평。
In this paper, sulfur aluminate cement was used as based material to develop the TS-A-type anchoring agent spike with excellent performance and meeting railway engineering needs of industry required by improving the aggregate gradation and admixture blending and increasing the component of the optimal allocation,at the same time, we studied the influence of different ratio of water and materials by effecting the fluidity, strength, wet insulation, pull resistance etc.Researches showed that the anchoring agent’s initial fluidity could reached 350mm,40MPa or more strength in 2 hour,100MPa or more pullout strength,11.5MPa flexural strength in 24h,reached advanced domestic level.
