对攀长钢公司生产的GH4099合金?350 mm棒材整支炸裂的原因分析,得出GH4099合金成分O、S、Si、Al等在晶界处偏聚,形成低熔点相,是裂纹产生的根源。在快锻开坯过程中在钢锭心部沿晶界萌生裂纹源,径向锻造及冷却过程中裂纹延伸,残余应力释放导致棒材炸裂。在工艺上采取锻造前钢锭进行均匀化处理,锻造后棒材采用缓冷处理措施进行改善。

The reasons for bursting of the whole?350mm GH4099 alloy bar produced by our company were analyzed. The results showed that the composition of O,S,Si,Al gathered at grain boundary and formed low melt-ing point phases, which resulted in cracking. During cogging by forging press, cracks formed in the center of the ingot along the grain boundary and the cracks propagated during radial forging and cooling, so the bar burst due to release of the residual stress. By homogenization treatment before ingot forging and slow cooling of the bars af-ter forging, the cracks were avoided to a great degree.
