研究了热处理温度对TA15合金板材组织性能的影响,用金相显微镜观察了其微观组织形貌,测试了力学性能。结果表明:TA15厚板与薄板在两相区750℃~850℃进行热处理,随热处理温度升高,强度先降低后增加,塑性则逐渐增加,在850℃热处理达到强度与塑性的最佳匹配。这与初生α相与次生α相的数量、大小的匹配有紧密的联系;而且随退火温度升高,横纵向差异逐渐减小。

The effect of heat treatment temperatures on microstructure and tensile property of TA15 sheets and plates were studied in this paper. The microstructure was observed by optical microscope and tensile proper-ties were tested. The result shows that the tensile strength decrease at first and then increase and the plasticity in-crease gradually with the heat treating temperature increasing from 750℃to 850℃. The best matching of strength with plasticity of the TA15 plate was obtained when the heat treating temperature is at 850℃, which is associated with the number and size of the primaryα-phase and secondaryα-phase. Additionally, the properties difference in the transversal direction and the lengthwise direction of the TA15 plate decrease with the increasing of anneal-ing temperature.
