分别采用滤纸片琼脂扩散法和二苯代苦味基肼自由基(DPPH)法,对新疆细虫草(Ophiocordyceps gracilis)水提物和醇提物的体外抑菌和抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明,新疆细虫草水提物和醇提物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、变形杆菌均有很好的抑制效果,醇提物的抑菌效果明显高于水提物;新疆细虫草水提物和醇提物均有很好的 DPPH 自由基清除能力,IC50值分别为1.77 mg/mL 和1.23 mg/mL,清除能力随浓度增大而增强,当提取液浓度为5 mg/mL时新疆细虫草水提物和醇提物的清除率均达到了97%。
分彆採用濾紙片瓊脂擴散法和二苯代苦味基肼自由基(DPPH)法,對新疆細蟲草(Ophiocordyceps gracilis)水提物和醇提物的體外抑菌和抗氧化活性進行研究。結果錶明,新疆細蟲草水提物和醇提物對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、枯草芽孢桿菌、變形桿菌均有很好的抑製效果,醇提物的抑菌效果明顯高于水提物;新疆細蟲草水提物和醇提物均有很好的 DPPH 自由基清除能力,IC50值分彆為1.77 mg/mL 和1.23 mg/mL,清除能力隨濃度增大而增彊,噹提取液濃度為5 mg/mL時新疆細蟲草水提物和醇提物的清除率均達到瞭97%。

Antibacterial and antioxidant activities of ethanolic and aqueous extracts of Ophiocordyceps gracilis fruit bodies collected from the wild in Xinjiang Province were investigated using the paper disc diffusion and the 2,2-diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH)radical scavenging methods.Both aqueous and especially ethanolic extracts exhibited significant antibacterial activity towards Escherichia coli,Staphyloccocus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Proteus vulgaris.Both extracts also exhibited dose-dependent DPPH radical scavenging activity with IC50 values of 1 .77 mg/mL and 1 .23 mg/mL recorded for the aqueous and ethanolic extracts respectively,and each extract at 5 mg/mL concentration resulted in a 97% radical scavenging rate.
