针对我国城乡建设档案工作开展的时间不长，社会上对城乡建设档案的意识不强，对其的作用认识不全面的问题，根据相关条例、规定、规范和有关专家的讲解，对城乡建设档案的产生、发展、概念、作用作了重点阐述，对城乡建设档案的种类、特点、目标作了简要介绍，以达到提高人们对城乡建设档案重要性的认识和宣传目的。
침대아국성향건설당안공작개전적시간불장，사회상대성향건설당안적의식불강，대기적작용인식불전면적문제，근거상관조례、규정、규범화유관전가적강해，대성향건설당안적산생、발전、개념、작용작료중점천술，대성향건설당안적충류、특점、목표작료간요개소，이체도제고인문대성향건설당안중요성적인식화선전목적。
It is not a long time to carry out the work of urban and rural construction files,there is no strong sense in urban and rural construction files in communities,and their role is not fully under-stood.Aiming at these problems,based on relevant regulations,rules,norms and explanations by some experts,the production,development,concept and role of urban and rural construction files are mainly elaborated in this paper,and their types,characteristics and goals are briefly intro-duced,so as to improve people’s awareness of the importance of urban and rural construction files as well as to achieve the propaganda purposes.
