论述了蔬菜废弃物的特点和资源化利用的意义,综述了具有无害化和资源化双重作用的高温好氧堆肥技术应用于处理蔬菜废物的国内外现状。蔬菜废物可利用堆肥方式进行回收利用,但由于蔬菜废物的特殊性,其堆肥必须满足一定的条件。对于堆肥原料初始的含水率、C/N比、温度变化及微生物菌剂对蔬菜废物降解的影响是今后研究的重点。目前在国内外堆肥技术正在向着机械化、自动化的方向发展,而为了防止对环境的二次污染,堆肥也趋向于采用密闭的发酵仓方式。堆肥基质化利用适应现在大规模蔬菜种植的产业化要求,具有很好的应用前景,是蔬菜废弃物堆肥产品利用的最佳途径之一。

This paper discussed the significance of vegetable waste characteristics and resource utiliza-tion,summarized the research situation of composting used in processing vegetable waste with the dual role of harmless and resources.Composting technology can be used in the vegetable waste treatment;however,due to the special nature of vegetable waste,a series of certain conditions must be met.The initial moisture content of compost material,C/N ratio,temperature changes and microbial agents on the degradation of vegetable waste are the focus of future research.Both domestic and foreign composting technology is developing towards mechanization and automation. In order to prevent secondary pollution in the environment,a closed composting fermentation po-sitions manner tend to be adopted,too.Adapting the requirement of industrialization of large-scale vegetable growing,the utilization of compost matrix has good prospects,which is one of the best ways to utilize composting product of vegetable waste.
