为解决当前职业学校德育课堂教学存在的问题，提高教学质量，必须组织实施课堂有效教学。实施有效教学，合理设定教学目标、优化选择教学内容是前提，改进教学方式方法，激发学习兴趣、提高学习能力、引导学生积极自主学习是本质要求，提升德育教师队伍综合素质是关键。

위해결당전직업학교덕육과당교학존재적문제，제고교학질량，필수조직실시과당유효교학。실시유효교학，합리설정교학목표、우화선택교학내용시전제，개진교학방식방법，격발학습흥취、제고학습능력、인도학생적겁자주학습시본질요구，제승덕육교사대오종합소질시관건。
In order to solve the present teaching problems of moral education class in vocational school , and to improve the quality of teaching,must Implementation of effective teaching in classroom. A reasonable set of teaching objectives, teaching content optimization selection is a prerequisite to effective teaching. And then the essential requirement for it is improving the teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve their learning ability, and lead them to autonomous learning. Finally, the key to it is promoting the comprehensive quality of teachers in charge of the moral education.
