采用复合酶法,在单因素基础上,通过二次通用旋转组合设计优化紫菜粗多糖(Crude Polysaccharide from Porphyra yezoensis,CPP)提取工艺条件。结果表明,紫菜粗多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比(mg/mL)1︰40、pH4.0,添加含5%纤维素酶和5%果胶酶的复合酶,65℃恒温酶解150min(纤维素酶30min、果胶酶120min),所得紫菜粗多糖提取率为4.78%。

채용복합매법,재단인소기출상,통과이차통용선전조합설계우화자채조다당(Crude Polysaccharide from Porphyra yezoensis,CPP)제취공예조건。결과표명,자채조다당적최가제취공예조건위:료액비(mg/mL)1︰40、pH4.0,첨가함5%섬유소매화5%과효매적복합매,65℃항온매해150min(섬유소매30min、과효매120min),소득자채조다당제취솔위4.78%。
With multiple enzyme method, the extraction conditions of crude polysaccharide from porphyra yezoensis (CPP) were optimized by the quadratic general rotary unitized design based on single factor. The result show that the optimum extraction conditions for CPP are as follow∶:410 solid -liquid ratio (mg/mL), added compound enzyme consisting of 5%cellulase for 30min and 5%pectinase for 120min at the condition of℃65 and pH4.0. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of CPP was 4.78%.
