应用双管正激式单级PFC的拓扑结构,并通过复用MOSFET开关管,设计了一台基于UC3842的双管正激式单级PFC变换器样机。详细介绍了变换器的系统结构、主电路工作原理和驱动电路。通过对样机进行实测,得出其输出电压为48 V,输出功率为100 W,能够将储能电容两端电压控制在允许范围之内,且实现了输入与输出之间的电气隔离。测试结果表明,所设计样机的性能指标满足设计要求。
應用雙管正激式單級PFC的拓撲結構,併通過複用MOSFET開關管,設計瞭一檯基于UC3842的雙管正激式單級PFC變換器樣機。詳細介紹瞭變換器的繫統結構、主電路工作原理和驅動電路。通過對樣機進行實測,得齣其輸齣電壓為48 V,輸齣功率為100 W,能夠將儲能電容兩耑電壓控製在允許範圍之內,且實現瞭輸入與輸齣之間的電氣隔離。測試結果錶明,所設計樣機的性能指標滿足設計要求。

A UC3842-based PFC converter is designed by means of dual-transistor forward single stage PFC topo-logical structure and multiplex MOSFET switch, and the system structure, main circuit work principle and drive circuit are introduced. Through the measurements of the prototype, the output voltage of 48 V and the output power of 100 W are obtained. The voltage between the two poles of the energy storage capacitor is controlled within the allowable range and the electrical isolation between the input and output is achieved. The testing result indicates that the performance index of the prototype meets the design requirements.
