SolidWorks软件利用自身现有资源实现渐开线圆柱齿轮的三维实体建模比较繁琐,生成的三维齿轮实体模型精度低。本文主要介绍一种基于CAXA/AutoCAD/SolidWorks渐开线圆柱直、斜齿轮的新型三维实体建模方法,此方法大大提高了齿轮三维实体模型的精确度和建模效率。

3D solid modeling of involute cylindrical gear is realized heavy by the native resource of SolidWorks software and 3D gear solid model is created roughly .The paper has illustrated a new 3D solid modeling method of invo-lute cylindrical spur gear&helical gear based on CAXA/AutoCAD/SolidWorks , which could improve evidently preci-sion and modeling efficiency of gear 3D solid model.
