针对现今市面上的AC-DC变换器多使用模拟控制且输入阻抗呈容性,存在着体积大,功率因数低和输出纹波大等不足,研制了以UC3854为核心的高功率因数变换器.利用脉冲宽度调制技术( Pulse width modulation , PWM),采用平均电流控制策略,通过对Boost电路的输入电压相位和输入电流相位进行调整,使输入电压和输入电流之间的相位差接近0.仿真和试验结果表明,此电路控制简单、输出电压和电流稳定且功率因数较高,同时能减少对电网的污染.

AC-DC converters on market were usually used analog controller with large volume and lot of output ripples , even the power factor was low .To overcome those limitations , a high power factor con-verter was developed with the core of UC 3854, using PWM ( Pulse width modulation ) technology and av-erage current control strategy .When the Boost circuit ’ s input voltage phase and input current phase were adjusted, the phase between input voltage and current would close to 0, power factor close to 1.Simula-tion and test results showed that:the circuit ’ s output voltage ripple was small and its output current and voltage were stable .It also had a very broad application prospects .
