以巫山神茶为研究对象，就其对盐酸-乙醇诱导SD大鼠胃损伤的预防效果，并通过组织观察和大鼠血清指标就巫山神茶对胃损伤的影响进行了研究．结果表明，巫山神茶提取物1000 mg/kg 处理比500 mg/kg 和250 mg/kg处理显著降低了血清中IL-6和TNF-α炎症细胞因子水平（P＜0．05）．巫山神茶提取物1000 mg/kg灌胃后SD大鼠的胃损伤面积最小（8．2 mm2），表现出最强的胃损伤抑制效果（42．3％）．巫山神茶提取物1000 mg/kg灌胃后大鼠的胃液量为2．7 mL，胃液pH值为2．3，较其他各组最接近正常组．由此证明，1000 mg/kg的巫山神茶提取物对SD大鼠具有最好的胃损伤预防效果．

SD rat model was used to study the HCl-Ethanol iuduced gastric injury preventive effect of Wushan shencha .The influence on gastric injury preventive effect of Wushan shencha was checked by microstructure and serum indexes .1 000 mg/kg concentration of Wushan shencha reduced the levels of serum proinflammatory cytokines of IL-6 and TNF-αcompared to the 500 and 250 mg/kg concentration samples ( P<0.05 ) .The 1 000 mg/kg Wushan shencha administrated SD rats displayed the smallest gastric injury area (8.2 mm2), it showed the best gastric injury inhibitory effect (42.3%).The gastric juice volume and pH of gastric juice of 1 000 mg/kg treated rats showed the levels close to the normal rats in 2.7 mL and 2.3.In this study, at the concentration of 1 000 mg/kg, Wushan shencha showed the best inhibitory effect on gastric injury .These results suggest that 1 000 mg/kg Wushan shencha treated SD rats showed best gastric injury preventive effect .
