分别采用ω(蔗糖)=5%、10%和15%的溶液对唐菖蒲‘嫦娥粉’(Gladiolus hybridus ‘Eerde’)切花于瓶插前预处理24 h,观察不同浓度蔗糖溶液对该切花瓶插期间花朵开放的促进效应。结果表明,与对照(去离子水)相比,各浓度蔗糖溶液预处理可不同程度地促进唐菖蒲切花上的花朵开放,尤其以ω(蔗糖)=10%和15%的溶液预处理的效果更为突出,二者均可显著提高唐菖蒲切花的小花日开放率和切花日观赏值,改善切花的水分吸收,并有利于维持切花的鲜样质量。

분별채용ω(자당)=5%、10%화15%적용액대당창포‘항아분’(Gladiolus hybridus ‘Eerde’)절화우병삽전예처리24 h,관찰불동농도자당용액대해절화병삽기간화타개방적촉진효응。결과표명,여대조(거리자수)상비,각농도자당용액예처리가불동정도지촉진당창포절화상적화타개방,우기이ω(자당)=10%화15%적용액예처리적효과경위돌출,이자균가현저제고당창포절화적소화일개방솔화절화일관상치,개선절화적수분흡수,병유리우유지절화적선양질량。
The roles of pretreatments with different concentration of sucrose solutions ( 5%, 10% and 15%) for 24 h on florets opening of cut gladiolus ( Gladiolus hybridus ‘Eerde ’ ) spikes were investiga-ted .The results showed that compared with control ( deionized water ) , pretreatments with various sucrose solutions had positive effects in enhancing florets opening of cut gladiolus spikes .Especially pretreatments with 10%and 15%sucrose solutions , both could significantly increase their daily relative blooming rate of florets and daily ornamental value , improveing water uptake , and maintaining their fresh mass .
