采用常规石蜡切片技术对人工养殖黄姑鱼的性腺发育进行了组织学研究。结果表明:根据各个发育阶段的细胞学形态和生理学特征,将黄姑鱼性腺在第一次性周期内的发育过程划分为5个时期。2月龄之前,黄姑鱼精巢和卵巢均处于第Ⅰ期;5月龄时黄姑鱼卵巢发育至第Ⅱ期,11月龄时卵巢发育进入第Ⅲ期,23月龄进入到第Ⅳ期,24月龄可发育成熟(第ⅴ期);精巢在3月龄时处在第Ⅱ期,4月龄发育至第Ⅲ期,6月龄进入Ⅳ期,11月龄即可发育成熟(第ⅴ期),精巢发育明显快于卵巢。随着日龄的增加,黄姑鱼孵化后的第二年和第三年的4、5月份,雌性和雄性GSI都出现了明显增加,特别是在24月龄时,GSI系数显著增长,标志着黄姑鱼已经开始进行生殖活动。

Gonadal development of the cultured Nibea alibiflora was studied using histological techniques. The results indicated that the gonadal development of N. alibiflora in their first sex mature stage was divided into five stages based on the cytogic and physiological characteristics. Before the age of 2 month ,testes and o-varies of the fish were at stage Ⅰ. The ovaries were at stage Ⅱ in 5 month, at stage Ⅲ in 11 month, at stageⅣ in 23 month and matured (stageⅴ) in 24 month. The testes were at stage Ⅲ in 3 month,at stage Ⅳ in 6 months and matured in 11 months (stageⅴ). The development of testes was faster than that of ovaries. Testes developed significantly faster than ovaries. The GSI of N. alibiflora obviously increased in April and May of the second and third year after hatching. Especially at the age of 24 month ,the GSI coefficient significantly in-creased, which is the indicative of reproductive activities.
