为揭示温州潮间带大型底栖动物资源现状,于2012年秋季在温州潮间带设6条断面进行调查,对大型底栖动物种类组成、数量分布、优势种、多样性及ABC曲线特征进行分析,结合春、秋季历史调查资料综合分析资源现状。结果表明:(1)共鉴定出大型底栖动物16目、31科、45种,以甲壳类与软体动物为主。(2)生物量与丰度普遍较低,滩涂区各断面以甲壳类占优势,岩礁区以软体动物占优势,且岩礁区生物量与丰度均远高于滩涂区。(3)长足长方蟹在滩涂区各断面均为优势种,疣荔枝螺在岩礁区各断面均为优势种。(4)T3(苍南)、T5(洞头)断面生物多样性水平较高,群落结构受较轻干扰,稳定性较好;而T2(平阳)、T6(洞头)生物多样性水平较低,受较严重干扰,稳定性较差。建议合理利用底栖动物资源,修复沿岸海洋生态,科学管理沿岸海域资源。
為揭示溫州潮間帶大型底棲動物資源現狀,于2012年鞦季在溫州潮間帶設6條斷麵進行調查,對大型底棲動物種類組成、數量分佈、優勢種、多樣性及ABC麯線特徵進行分析,結閤春、鞦季歷史調查資料綜閤分析資源現狀。結果錶明:(1)共鑒定齣大型底棲動物16目、31科、45種,以甲殼類與軟體動物為主。(2)生物量與豐度普遍較低,灘塗區各斷麵以甲殼類佔優勢,巖礁區以軟體動物佔優勢,且巖礁區生物量與豐度均遠高于灘塗區。(3)長足長方蟹在灘塗區各斷麵均為優勢種,疣荔枝螺在巖礁區各斷麵均為優勢種。(4)T3(蒼南)、T5(洞頭)斷麵生物多樣性水平較高,群落結構受較輕榦擾,穩定性較好;而T2(平暘)、T6(洞頭)生物多樣性水平較低,受較嚴重榦擾,穩定性較差。建議閤理利用底棲動物資源,脩複沿岸海洋生態,科學管理沿岸海域資源。
위게시온주조간대대형저서동물자원현상,우2012년추계재온주조간대설6조단면진행조사,대대형저서동물충류조성、수량분포、우세충、다양성급ABC곡선특정진행분석,결합춘、추계역사조사자료종합분석자원현상。결과표명:(1)공감정출대형저서동물16목、31과、45충,이갑각류여연체동물위주。(2)생물량여봉도보편교저,탄도구각단면이갑각류점우세,암초구이연체동물점우세,차암초구생물량여봉도균원고우탄도구。(3)장족장방해재탄도구각단면균위우세충,우려지라재암초구각단면균위우세충。(4)T3(창남)、T5(동두)단면생물다양성수평교고,군락결구수교경간우,은정성교호;이T2(평양)、T6(동두)생물다양성수평교저,수교엄중간우,은정성교차。건의합리이용저서동물자원,수복연안해양생태,과학관리연안해역자원。
In order to set forth the situation of intertidal macrobenthos resources in Wenzhou, the species composition, quantity distribution, dominant species, biodiversity and ABC curve were analyzed based on the investigation of macrobenthos at 6 sections in the intertidal zone in autumn of 2012, combined with the data from the past. The results showed that:(1) A total of 16 orders, 31 families and 45 species were identified, species of crustacean and mollusk are the most. (2) Biomass and abundance were generally low, crustacean were the dom-inant in tidal flats areas, while mollusk were the dominant in rocky areas. Biomass and abundance were much higher in rocky areas than that of tidal flat areas. (3) Metaplax longipes was dominant species in all the sec-tions of tidal flat areas, while Thais clavigera was dominant species in ones of rocky areas. (4) The biodiversity level of T3 (Cangnan), T5(Dongtou) was high, the community structure had been affected lightly, and their com-munity stability was good. While the biodiversity level of T2 (Pingyang), T6 (Dongtou)was low, the community <br> structure had been affected seriously, and community stability was poor. Therefore, the marine development de-partments should utilize the macrobenthos resources reasonably, repair the littoral sea ecology as well as man-age the littoral sea resources scientifically at the same time.
