介绍使用日本村田 MVS861涡流纺纱机纺制亚麻/棉35/6520tex 混纺纱的生产工艺;根据亚麻纤维的特点,在纺纱工序中通过采取相应技术措施、合理配置工艺,使亚麻/棉混纺纱在MVS861涡流纺纱机上顺利生产,且成纱质量稳定。
介紹使用日本村田 MVS861渦流紡紗機紡製亞痳/棉35/6520tex 混紡紗的生產工藝;根據亞痳纖維的特點,在紡紗工序中通過採取相應技術措施、閤理配置工藝,使亞痳/棉混紡紗在MVS861渦流紡紗機上順利生產,且成紗質量穩定。

This paper introduces the production technology of producing flax/cotton blended yarn of 35/65 20tex in Japan’s Murata MVS861 vortex spinning machine. According to the characteristics of flax fiber, by taking corresponding technological measures in the spinning process and reasonably allocating the technologies, the flax/cotton blended yarn with stable quality has been produced successfully in MVS861 vortex spinning machine.
