实验室在学校的教学、科研以及各项服务活动中都发挥着重要的作用，是培养和教育人才的重要场所，做好实验室的管理工作对学校的建设有着重要的意义。本文以工科院校为例，介绍了实验室建设以及管理中存在的问题，针对出现的问题提出一些积极的建议和对策。

The laboratory in the school teaching,scientific research and service activities have played an important role,is an important place for education and training of talents,improving laboratory management has an important significance for the construction of the school.In this paper, engineering college as an example,introduces the construction of laboratory to the problems existing in the management,aiming at the existing problems and puts forward some positive suggestions and countermeasures.
