上海市城市轨道交通系统已进入网络化运行阶段,改变了城市居民传统出行方式,初步确立了中心城骨干公共交通的地位。通过网络密度、人均指标、出行分担率、站点覆盖率、客流强度等指标评估,并与东京都市圈进行比较分析,总结上海市轨道交通规划网络在总体规模、系统结构、服务水平等方面的特征、存在问题和优化方向,提出适应远景发展需要的轨道交通网络发展目标与策略。通过构建轨道快线、城市轨道和中运量轨道等3个层次的轨道交通系统,形成总规模2200km左右、多模式融合发展的网络,打造上海大都市区“1小时交通圈”,强化轨道交通对未来城市空间发展布局的战略引导。

Shanghai has entered the stage of network operation of urban rail transit system, having changed the traditional trip mode, and has established a preliminary backbone status in public transport of center city. Based on the assessment of network density, per capita index, the share rate of trips, the converge ratio of stations, the intensity of passenger flow, and the comparison with Tokyo metropolitan region, characteristics, problems and the direction of optimization of Shanghai rail transit planned network have been summarized, while the objectives and strategies of rail transit development are pointed out so as to meet the needs of long-term development. By building the rail transit system consisting of 3 levels including rail rapid transit, urban rail transit and medium-volume rail transit, a multimodal integrated network with a total scale of 2,200 km will be formed, and 1-hour transport region of Shanghai metropolitan area wil be built up, so that strengthen the guide of rail transit for the future spatial development layout.
