目前采用垃圾焚烧方式已成为城市垃圾处理主要方式之一,但垃圾焚烧后产生的烟气会对锅炉受热面造成腐蚀和积灰,往往影响锅炉的稳定运行,给电厂造成经济损失。通过了解垃圾焚烧炉中省煤器的低温腐蚀原因,提出受热面的防护措施,以提高受热面使用寿命。
目前採用垃圾焚燒方式已成為城市垃圾處理主要方式之一,但垃圾焚燒後產生的煙氣會對鍋爐受熱麵造成腐蝕和積灰,往往影響鍋爐的穩定運行,給電廠造成經濟損失。通過瞭解垃圾焚燒爐中省煤器的低溫腐蝕原因,提齣受熱麵的防護措施,以提高受熱麵使用壽命。

At present, the use of waste incineration method has become a major way of city garbage disposal. But the waste incineration flue gas generated, can cause corrosion and fouling of boiler heating surface, often affect the stable operation of the boiler, causing economic losses to plant. In this paper, through the understanding of waste incineration temperature corrosion reasons economizer furnace, the heating surface protective measures are advanced, in order to improve the service life of heating surface.
