中国石化九江分公司的重油催化装置于2013-06使用了RCA重油转化助剂。在处理量相当,占系统藏量质量分数20%时,可提高汽油收率3%,降低柴油收率2%,同时干气、液化气收率、油浆均有不同程度的下降,焦炭产率基本持平。说明RCA重油助剂加入后,装置的重油转化能力增强,汽油收率大幅上升,轻液收率提高,经济效益显著增加。

The heavy oil conversion additive RCA has been put into use in FCC unit since 2013 June in Sinopec Jiujiang branch. When in a considerable amount of processing and the accounting system reserves 20%, it could increase the gasoline yield of 3%and reduced diesel yield 2%, while the dry gas, liquefied petroleum gas yield and oil slurry was varying degrees of decline, the coke yield was essentially flat. So it explanation that after RCA heavy additives added to enhance heavy oil conversion capacity of the device, and a significant increased in gasoline yield and light liquid yield. It is a significant increasing in economic efficiency.
