以檫木成熟种子为试验材料,开展种子贮藏试验,研究种子含水率和贮藏温度对种子生活力的影响。结果表明:檫木种子采集后自然阴干最好不要超过16 h,否则其生活力显著降低;在低温(4℃)贮藏过程中,将种子含水率控制在30%~40%,短期能有效保持檫木种子生活力。

Effects of seed moisture content and storage temperature on seed vigor of Sassafras tzumu mature seeds was studied.The results indicated that,it’s better to put the seeds in a natural shade place for no more than 16 hours after collecting,otherwise their viability decreased significantly.The seeds had high viability when stored under 4 ℃ and the moisture content was kept between 30% and 40%.
