针对6061铝合金,采用自行研制的混合活性剂配方,利用正交设计法进行焊接工艺试验,得到一组性能良好的焊接工艺参数。在此焊接工艺条件下,混合活性剂增加熔深效果显著,可一次焊透10 mm的铝板,实现单面焊双面成形。焊后对焊缝的微观组织进行了观察和分析,并通过力学性能试验分析了活性剂对焊缝力学性能的影响。结果表明:与常规TIG焊相比,活性TIG焊的焊缝组织细密,基本不存在气孔、裂纹、夹杂等焊接缺陷;活性TIG焊接接头的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均可达到与母材相当的水平,焊缝区的硬度明显提高,焊接接头性能良好。
針對6061鋁閤金,採用自行研製的混閤活性劑配方,利用正交設計法進行銲接工藝試驗,得到一組性能良好的銲接工藝參數。在此銲接工藝條件下,混閤活性劑增加鎔深效果顯著,可一次銲透10 mm的鋁闆,實現單麵銲雙麵成形。銲後對銲縫的微觀組織進行瞭觀察和分析,併通過力學性能試驗分析瞭活性劑對銲縫力學性能的影響。結果錶明:與常規TIG銲相比,活性TIG銲的銲縫組織細密,基本不存在氣孔、裂紋、夾雜等銲接缺陷;活性TIG銲接接頭的拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率均可達到與母材相噹的水平,銲縫區的硬度明顯提高,銲接接頭性能良好。

A serial of welding procedure tests employing customized mixed flux were applied in the orthogonal ex-perimental design,from which a set of welding parameters was obtained.The mixed flux enlarged the weld-pene-tration tremendously under this condition,and allowed double-side formation with one-side welding on 10mm a-luminum plate.The mechanical properties of the bead,as well as the microstructure in it,were tested to evalu-ate the effect of the flux on mechanical properties of welding beads.Results showed that activating flux TIG weld beads were fine and basically had no welding defect such as gas pore,crack,or slag inclusion.The mechanical performance of the joint was excellent.The weld hardness of the activating flux TIG weld joint was improved and the tensile strength and elongation at break achieved an equivalent level as base metal.
