通过常温电化学实验和高温挂片实验,研究了模拟给水弱氧化性全挥发处理AVT(O)溶液中SO2-4含量对T23钢腐蚀行为的影响,并采用电化学动电位扫描、交流阻抗技术、电子扫描显微(SEM)及 X射线衍射技术(XRD)进行分析和表征。研究结果表明,SO2-4和 OH-在金属表面存在竞争吸附,阻碍了 OH-对金属的钝化作用,促进了金属的点蚀;常温条件下,SO2-4为侵蚀性阴离子,随着 SO2-4浓度的增加,T23的点蚀诱发敏感性升高,T23电极的Ecor 降低,Icor 升高,腐蚀加剧;高温条件下,随着 SO2-4浓度的增加,材料腐蚀加剧,但不引起材料表面钝化膜成份的改变。

The influence of SO2-4 ion on T23 steel in the simulated All-Volatile Treatment(Oxi-dation)solution was studied by electrochemical experiments at room temperature and coupon ex-periments at high temperature,and analysed by potentiodynamic polarization curve,EIS,SEM and XRD.The results show that competitive adsorption between OH- and SO2-4 existed on the surface of mental reducing the passivation performance of OH-,causing pitting corro-sion of mental.At room temperature,SO2-4 ion is aggressive anion and with the increasing concentration of SO2-4 ,pitting susceptibility of T23 is increased,the Ecorr of the T23 eletrode is decreased ,I corr is increased and the corrosion is enhanced.At high temperature, with the increasing concentration of SO2-4 ,the material corrosion intensified,but did not cause the composition changes of passivation film on the material surface.
