为了探讨掺加Duroflex?的沥青混合料拌合时间对其抗车辙性能的影响,对不同拌合条件下的 AC-20 C沥青混合料进行了车辙试验。试验结果显示,基质沥青和 SBS改性沥青混合料的动稳定度都随着拌合时间的延长而降低;拌合时间从3 min延长至11 min时,基质沥青混合料动稳定度减低比率为49%,而 SBS改性沥青动稳定度降低比率高达74%,SBS改性沥青掺加3%Duro 的动稳定度降低比率为29%;不同拌合时间会对沥青混合料动稳定度产生较大影响,在同等试验条件下掺加 Duroflex?能够提高沥青混合料的动稳定度。

In order to explore the mixing Duroflex? asphalt mixing time on their rutting re-sistance,rutting of AC-20C asphalt mixing conditions under different mixes were analyzed. Test results showed:the dynamic stability of asphalt and SBS modified asphalt mixture are mixing with the extension of time and reduced mixing time from 4 (4.5 )min extended to 11min,the matrix asphalt mixture to reduce dynamic stability ratio was 49%,while the dy-namic stability of SBS modified asphalt reduction rate of up to 74%,SBS modified asphalt mixing dynamic stability Duro 3% reduction rate of 2 9%.Different asphalt mixing time will have a greater impact on dynamic stability,mixing Duroflex? can improve the dynamic sta-bility of asphalt mixture under the same experimental conditions.
